SmartPlayr supports tennis, football, basketball, padel, volleyball, and more. If it has a court or a field, you can book it.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any credit/debit card. All pricing is transparent — you see the full breakdown before confirming.
Absolutely! Create a team in SmartPlayr, invite your friends with a code, and use the "Who's in?" poll to plan sessions. When enough players confirm, you can book with one tap.
Contact us and we'll send you an invitation to join SmartPlayr as a facility owner. Once invited, you'll set up your facility, add courts, configure pricing and working hours, and connect your Stripe account to start accepting bookings.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never store your card details on our servers.
You can cancel a booking directly in the app. Cancellation policies vary by facility — check the booking details for specific terms before confirming your reservation. Event entries follow the rules shown on the event before you sign up.
